Rationale
The School milieu has the potential to stress the teacher to the point of burn out. This sometimes is a process of imploding where the teacher becomes depressed. Or there can be a process of exploding where there is cynicism, negativity and hostility.
Based on many years experience of listening to and facilitating teachers plus many years of facilitating many of the more troublesome students this workshop is designed to be a practical renewal for teachers to gain and regain their confidence and energies and to grow in awareness of their skills.
